Shipping Information

Our products have feelings and they can’t wait to meet you. All orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days regardless of expedited or not.

Shipping is free for orders over $150

Standard — $4 flat rate
Expedited — $15

International shipping — $25 flat rate for standard shipping

Please not that in case of international shipping, the taxes and duties (if any) of the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We understand that break ups are common and we want to make it easy for you. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your item , you can send it back to us unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny a return/refund if the item is not in it’s original condition.

For returns or exchanges, please send us an email to indigoandkind@gmail.com with ‘RETURN’ in the subject field and we’ll give you further instructions on how to return it. If you’d like us to get better, please state the reason for returning the item.
